Projects
We have a good track record delivering successful projects in London. Our portfolio showcases our experience in diverse sectors, ranging from complex mixed-use projects and urban regeneration initiatives to fast-track urgent development work with short delivery timescales.

Central Somers Town Masterplan
— London Borough of Camden
Central Somers Town is located between Kings Cross, St. Pancras & Euston stations.
The site is approximately three hectares in size and is in one of the most deprived wards in Camden. Previous attempts to develop a regeneration strategy had failed, mainly due to viability issues. Among the key stakeholders were Edith Neville Primary School and Plot 10 Community Play, both of which required comprehensive redevelopment as part of the regeneration scheme.
Urban Logik was commissioned as client representatives and lead project managers to oversee the delivery of a new, comprehensive masterplan for Somers Town. The main brief included overseeing the preparation of a high-quality, detailed and self-funding regeneration masterplan and the successful award of planning consent for the scheme.
To deliver this, Urban Logik had to facilitate procurement of a multi-partner professional design team including masterplanners, architectural practices, planning, viability specialists and cost consultants.
